Our business name is Two Scrolls, Inc (hereafter “Two Scrolls” or “Company”). We are the owner of the web site www.TwoScrolls.com, as well as other web sites located on the Internet. All information provided in this Privacy Policy pertains to Two Scrolls, Inc www.TwoScrolls.com (hereafter “web site”) and our other web sites, either existing now or created in the future. Two Scrolls provides a collection of online resources, including tools, services, products, advertising, Feedback and Discussion Board services and links to third-party web sites (hereafter “Services”)

F.         In order to provide the best services to Users, Two Scrolls may disclose User name on certain pages at www.TwoScrolls.com. We may also disclose personally identifiable information in the establishment or exercise of legal rights or defenses against legal claims, to comply with applicable laws or regulations, to comply with a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order or to investigate suspected fraud or a violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use. We will never sell User Information to any third-party not affiliated with Two Scrolls, without consent, except in connection with the sale or merger of Two Scrolls or the division responsible for such Services provided.

G.        Two Scrolls may also use such Voluntary Information for marketing its products and services to you unless you have ‘opted out’ of receiving such marketing information from us. User may ‘opt out’ by checking their Account Settings or sending an email to Support@TwoScrolls.com.

H.        Two Scrolls may, from time to time, send or post surveys or requests for User Feedback in order to help us make our web site(s) and Services better. Any responses we receive from Users will be used only to evaluate our web site(s) and Services and no personally identifiable information from respondents will be shared with any non-employees of Two Scrolls.

I.          Two Scrolls may, from time to time, send notices about special offers, promotions or contests. If you sign up to participate in any of these, we will collect your email address. If you are chosen for a promotion or as a winner in a contest, you give Two Scrolls permission to use your name, image and other information about you, for marketing purposes.

IV. What Non-Personally Identifiable Information Does Two Scrolls Collect and How Is It Used?

A.         Two Scrolls collects and tracks certain non-personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, IP numbers and browser type, access times, domain names, usage habits and other information which does not specifically identify any individual.

B.        Two Scrolls may use and disclose non-personally identifiable information for any number of reasons, including but not limited to, working with business partners and improving our web site(s) and services.

V.        Does Two Scrolls Have A Newsletter and a Feedback Section?

A.  Two Scrolls allows Users to provide comments and Feedback, plus, we regularly send our Newsletter by email (collectively, hereinafter, referred to as the “Newsletter”) to all Two Scrolls Users (unless they have ‘opted-out’). In this Newsletter, we may inform you about new features from Two Scrolls and about the upcoming week’s events or special promotions.

B.  You may choose to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by sending an email to the link provided at the end of each Newsletter or by checking your Account Settings.

VI. Does Two Scrolls UseCookies and Logs?

A.         Cookies are small text files that a web site can write to your computer. Two Scrolls, like many other web site(s), may use cookies to identify you, customize web page content and allow you to log in once to our web site(s) and search or post without having to log in again. If you reached our web site(s) by clicking on a link or advertisement on another web site, then we also log that information. This helps us to maximize our Internet exposure, and to understand the interests of our Users. VII.      Is My Information Private With Two Scrolls’ Merchants and Advertisers?

A.         The Two Scrolls web site(s) may contain links to various third-party web sites and the external web sites of our advertisers and/or third-party partners. Each of these web sites may have a Privacy Policy that differs from that of Two Scrolls. This Policy does not cover the Privacy Policies of other web sites. B.        The only information that may be shared between Two Scrolls and one of our partner web sites is that which pertains to information used in the furtherance of tracking an order and providing Users with correct information regarding same.

C.        Order information, including order numbers and amounts, may be available to Two Scrolls, affiliate merchants and third-party affiliate program management companies, for accurate tracking purposes. Two Scrolls will not release this information to other parties unless you request it.

Yes! We provide Users with access to Personal Information, account status, contact information (i.e., name, address, telephone number, etc.) and other information that you may upload to our web site(s). X.       Can I Opt-out?

A.        Two Scrolls gives you the option to remove your personally identifiable information from our list of active Users.

B.        You may also choose to opt-out of certain communications from Two Scrolls, such as our Newsletter.

C.        All requests for unsubscribing or opting-out should be made by sending an email to Customer Support at Support@TwoScrolls.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

D.        Two Scrolls is not responsible for removing your personally identifiable information from the lists of any third-party partner or advertiser who has previously been provided your information in accordance with this Policy.

XI. Where Is The Web Site(s) Located?

Two Scrolls web site(s) are maintained in The Netherlands. If User is located outside of The Netherlands, by using any of our web site(s), User authorizes the import of information and its use as specified in these Policies.

XII.      What Is The Minimum Age To Use Two Scrolls’ Web Site(s)?

A.         Use of the Two Scrolls web site(s) and products/Services are intended for persons who are eighteen (18) years or older.

B.        If proof comes to the attention of Two Scrolls that a User is under the age of eighteen (18) years, and is accessing our Services and/or products, Two Scrolls will immediately terminate such service to such User.
